<p>The drive belt (8) partly encloses the disc (6), and does so to a greater extent around a cable drum part (7). A tensioner (9) is provided for the belt. The drive disc is formed with or has fastened to it a flange (23), the dia. of which somewhat exceeds that of the disc, and which serves to guide the belt over the disc.</p> |
