PURPOSE: A steady state pulse sequence and a magnetic resonance device are provided to reduce magnetization in an object for examination occurring in the area but the related layers by using an HF pulse sequence. CONSTITUTION: A steady state pulse sequence for operating a magnetic resonance device is characterized in that HF pulse(Sα-) which selectively works on a related layer and HF pulse(Nα+) which non-selectively works on a related layer are alternately radiated to an object or examination. A magnetic resonance device comprises an HF pulse sequence unit for performing a steady state pulse sequence; a layer selection gradient; and a reading gradient.
