PURPOSE: Red ginseng liquid including silver and a red ginseng manufacturing device are provided to produce the red ginseng and the red ginseng extract continuously by simplifying the manufacturing process, and to promote health by adding silver to red ginseng liquid. CONSTITUTION: A red ginseng manufacturing device is composed of a blower part(20) having a motor(10) and circulating cool air; a water storage part(200) containing cooling water; a condensing unit(60) condensing steam by transferring heat to water stored in the water storage part; a collecting unit(90) collecting condensate in the center of the condensing unit; a red ginseng steaming unit(210) boiling raw ginseng by a supporting bar(110) on which ginseng is put and a heater; and a silver ionizing unit(120) formed in the collecting unit to electrolyze the silver plate in collecting condensate.
