<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing starch solution applicable to be downsized while sanitary supervision thereof can be suitably performed by facilitating cleaning work. <P>SOLUTION: The device for producing starch solution is provided with a water solution generating part 1 where starch and water are kneaded to generate starch solution. The water solution generating part 1 comprises a kneading tank 3 for storing starch and water, a kneading means 4 for generating starch solution by kneading the starch and the water, and a solution supply means 5 for supplying the generated starch solution to a high temperature-solution generating part. The high temperature-solution generating part 2 for generating high-temperature starch solution by heating the starch solution supplied from the water solution generating part 1 comprises the followings: a storage tank 6 for storing the high-temperature starch solution and receiving the starch solution supplied from the water solution generating part, a heating means 7 for keeping the high-temperature starch solution stored in the storage tank in a high-temperature state, and a high-temperature solution supply means 8 for supplying the high-temperature starch solution to an outside portion to be supplied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
