<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification structure for printed board that can identify a plurality of types of modules without requiring any new setting changing screws etc., nor increasing the number or costs of components, and to provide an optional device for image forming device using the structure. <P>SOLUTION: In equipment to which a printed board is fitted, a grounding conductor is provided in which tapped holes selectively corresponding to one or a plurality of attaching and identifying tapped holes of the plurality of attaching, and identifying tapped holes of the printed board, are formed.
