<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved inkjet recording medium which is almost free from the bleeding of an image over time and the peeling of a coloring material receiving layer while keeping successful glossiness and print density. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording medium having the coloring material receiving layer formed on a support, the coloring material receiving layer contains a fine particle, a cationic polyurethane resin, a water-soluble metallic salt compound and a water-soluble resin.
