<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for control that easily perform control for the 90°-rotated printing processing of an image by using an existent method. <P>SOLUTION: It is decided whether the image is 90°-rotated and printed (S101). When so, image data corrected for 90°-rotated image are registered (S103) by using an existent image registering function, and the registered image data are adjusted (S104) as to a printing position and a line feed quantity by using an existent printing function and stored in a rotated printing buffer 35 (S105).
