PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture for a system ceiling capable of carrying out with perfect freedom an alignment change, renewal, movement, increasing of lamps or the like. SOLUTION: A unit lattice part (2) is formed with ceiling-supporting bars (1) arrayed in a lattice shape, which (2) is equally divided into a plurality of units (3), out of which, some are fitted with fixture main bodies (4). Each fixture main body (4) is fitted with a lamp (5), and at the same time, a side face part (6) of the fixture main body (4) is loaded on the ceiling-supporting bars (1) to be fixed to the bars (1).
