SOLUTION: A prediction formula is determined by measuring the amount of variations of the total gage of a tread part in an unvulcanized raw tire Pi(i=1-m) having tire constituent members in a plurality (in the number of k) each having a joint part at which one end in the circumferential direction is joined to the other and the high-speed FV in a completed tire Qi(i=1-m) obtained by vulcanization molding of the raw tire Pi(i=1-m). Based on the prediction formula, the phase of fitting of the raw tire from m onward is specified and thereby the nth-th component of the high-speed FV of the completed tire from m onward is reduced.
