PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a paper feeding roller and suppress misalignment of a roller shaft to the minimum extent irrespective of a simple structure. SOLUTION: The roller shaft 31 provided with the paper feeding roller 51 feeding the paper P positioned at the uppermost position of a bundle of paper loaded on a paper feeding tray 14 sequentially is provided between a pair of frame plates 131. A transmission gear 64 rotated by drive of a driving motor 62 is concentrically connected with an end part on one side of the roller shaft 31. A boss part 642 is protrudedly provided at a central position of the transmission gear 64. The roller shaft 31 has a flat key 33 having an oval shape when viewed in cross section in an end part on one side.
