PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gutter connection member connecting an eaves gutter to a vertical gutter capable of absorbing the extension/retraction of the eaves gutter and a gutter piping system using the gutter connection member. SOLUTION: This gutter connection member 10 connects the eaves gutter 6 to the vertical gutter 8. An eaves gutter connection part 16 for connecting to the eaves gutter 6 formed on one side face of the eaves connection member 10, a stopper 7 formed on the opposite side face of the eaves gutter connection part 16, and a drain connection part 18 for draining rain water flowing in the eaves gutter 6 which is formed on the side face of the eaves connection part perpendicular to a direction connecting the eaves gutter connection part 16 to the stopper 17 between the eaves gutter connection part 16 and the stopper 17 are formed integrally with each other.
