PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently secure a traffic line between a floor above and a floor below in each household and a traffic line for coming and going between both households in a two-household house. SOLUTION: This two-household house is constituted so that a living section 1 on one household side and a living section 2 on the other household side are divided right and left by a partition wall x' extended along a boundary line x of both living sections 1, 2. The traffic line between a floor above LU and a floor below LD is secured by a landing 3 disposed on the boundary line x between the living section 1 on one household side and the living section 2 on the other household side, a first stairway 4 following the landing 3 from the floor above LU in the living section 1 on one household side, a second stairway 5 following the landing 3 from the floor above LU in the living section 2 on the other household side, a third stairway 6 on the floor below LD in the living section 1 on one household side from the landing 3, and a fourth stairway 7 following the floor below LD in the living section 2 on the other household side from the landing 3.
