PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of independently optimizing a statistic analysis value acquiring optical path and a microscopic image acquiring optical path, and further acquiring a statistic analysis value and a microscopic image at the same time. SOLUTION: This device comprises a light detector 6 for detecting the intensity of fluorescence from a sample 5 and outputting a light intensity value, a statistic analysis device 7 for statistically analyzing the light intensity value detected by the detector 6, and a microscopic image measuring device 9 for acquiring the microscopic image of the sample 5. The statistic analysis value acquiring optical path and the microscopic image acquiring optical path for acquiring the microscopic image from the sample 5 to the statistic analysis device 7 are provided independently.
