PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel which has few possibility of being damaged at the location near an auxiliary electrode of the back plate. SOLUTION: The organic EL panel 31 comprises a substrate 32, an organic EL element 39, and a cathode terminal 40. The organic EL element 39 comprises at least a first electrode 34, an organic layer 36, and a second electrode 37, and is formed in lamination on a substrate 32. The cathode terminal 40 is connected to the second electrode 37. The auxiliary electrode 41 has an opening 41a for connecting the cathode terminal 40 and the second terminal 37 and is formed on the cathode terminal 40.
