PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for inspecting electronic parts or a circuit board disusing any inspection tool with a complected structure, without making a silicon component adhere to a subject to be inspected. SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive short connector has a film base material made of insulating material and a plurality of conductive paths insulated from each other in the base material and passing through the base material, and one side end parts in a thickness direction of the film base material in the conductive paths disposed within an area occupying not less than 70% of a film base material main face are electrically connected with each other.
