PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway plant managing system which checks the construction limit of railway equipment which is arranged along the track by using images picked up by at least two cameras. SOLUTION: A truck travelling vehicle 20 which has steel wheels on the car body and can travel on the track, at least two cameras 11, a storage means 12, an image processing means 13, a region setting means 15, and a comparison means 14 are provided to constitute this railway equipment managing system 10. In this case, the cameras 11 are arranged on the car body in a manner to pick up railway equipment (e.g., a wire K) which extends along the track, and output the images of the railway equipment. The storage means 12 stores the images which are output from the cameras 11. The image processing means 13 outputs the three-dimensional information of an photographed object OBJ by processing the images which are stored in the storage means 12. The region setting means 15 sets the three-dimensional information of a reference region S for the railway equipment. The comparison means 14 outputs the photographed object OBJ located in the reference region S by comparing the three-dimensional information of the photographed object OBJ and the three-dimensional information in the reference region S.
