PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit for a working vehicle which feeds a sufficient amount of working oil to various kinds of hydraulic devices even with a hydraulic pump of small capacity. SOLUTION: The hydraulic circuit for a working vehicle is constituted such that a pressurized oil from a working vehicle control system hydraulic pump 32 is fed to a hydraulic lifting cylinder 33 for lifting the working vehicle and a hydraulic tilting cylinder 38 through a flow divider 36; and a pressurized oil from a traveling system hydraulic pump 31 is fed to a power steering mechanism 50, forwarding/backing hydraulic clutches 85, 86, a main speed change hydraulic clutch 54, a sub-speed change hydraulic clutch 53, a four-wheel driving/acceleration change-over hydraulic clutch mechanism 52, and a PTO hydraulic clutch 69 through a flow divider 57 respectively.
