A tire wheel assembly where the inner cavity section of tire/rim is provided therein with a core for run-flat arranged so that a thin and rigid annular shell is supported on a rim by a resilient ring. A tire wheel assembly of run-flat, especially a tire wheel assembly of run-flat where the resilient ring constituting the core can be recycled, is obtained by composing the resilient ring of a thermoplastic elastomer composition having such a structure that a rubber composition (B) is dispersed into thermoplastic resin (A), or of a composition of hydrogen bonding thermoplastic elastomer comprising an elastomer polymer having a carbonyl group containing group and a heterocyclic amine containing group in the side chain and/or the thermoplastic elastomer.
