PURPOSE: Provided is a fastener of a cord shaped body to allow a cord shaped body for adverse assisting to be easily and suitably connected to a female member in a previously combined state. CONSTITUTION: The fastener of a cord shaped body(W) includes a female member(1), a male member(2) fitted into the female member to be movable along a cylinder axis and a coil spring(3) for biasing an operating head(20) of the female member to protrude at one end of the female member. The female member and the male member are respectively provided with a guide hole(15,24) to guide the cord shaped body. The male member includes a middle portion(21) formed with the guide hole and a receiving portion(22) adapted to receive the coil spring, and a pair of legs(23). The female member includes a support(11) disposed between the pair of legs and supporting the coil spring. The pair of legs of the male member are respectively provided with a fitting hole(16) for a cord shaped body(W') for adverse assisting.
