<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode plate having a superior strength and a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery which is superior in cold temperature discharge characteristics, storing recoverability, and a cycle life. <P>SOLUTION: The positive electrode plate is obtained by a process in which a positive electrode mixture containing a positive electrode active material 100 pts.wt., a conductive material 0.5-4 pts.wt., and a binder 0.5-4 pts.wt., and an organic solvent are mixed so that the binder may not be deposited as a solid by being dissolved in the organic solvent and a process in which the paste obtained by the above process is coated on the positive electrode core material, dried and the positive electrode mixture is carried by the positive electrode core material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
