<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided self-luminous display panel which enables reducing in the thickness and weight. <P>SOLUTION: On a glass substrate 2, for example, a first electrode 3 by an ITO thin film is formed in a stripe shape, and a luminous function layer 6 is film-formed on it. Then, a second metal electrode 7 is formed on the luminous function layer 6 and, for example, a light transmissive sealing member 8 made of a glass material is superimposed onto the second electrode 7. An opening 7a for allowing video image light from the luminous function layer 6 to pass through is formed in one portion of the second electrode 7, a first luminous region L1 is formed on the side of the glass substrate 2, and a second luminous region L2 is formed on the side of the sealing member 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
