<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a power converter, by compensating an effect by parameter changes, and by suppressing noise from power conversion in a wide range. <P>SOLUTION: This noise suppresser comprises a means for predicting and calculating a common code change caused by switching, a means for detecting an actual common mode change, a means for comparing a detected value of the common mode change with a detected value at the time of the previous switching, a variable gain amplifier in which amplification degree is finely corrected from the comparison result by the comparing means, an adding means that adds the output of the variable gain amplifier and the detected value of the common mode change, and a means that supplies electric power roughly proportional to the output of the adding means from a power mode converting portion of an electrical appliance to a casing of the electrical appliance.
