<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simplified processes, low cost, and high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of forming an outer wall layer 3 by applying a polymer organic material to an outer rim part surrounding a forming area of a positive electrode 2 formed on a transparent glass substrate 1, heating and drying; forming a non-affinity area 6 on an upper surface of the positive electrode 2 by exposing the glass substrate in a saturation vapor pressure of an organic solvent; forming an affinity area 5 by radiating ultraviolet ray to a pixel center part excluding an electrode surface rim part of the positive electrode 2; forming a hole injection layer 7 by jetting a conductive polymer material solution to an upper surface of the affinity area 5, heating and drying; forming an luminescent layer 8 by jetting a polymer luminescent material solution to an upper surface of the hole injection layer 7, heating and drying; forming a black color insulation layer 9 in a periphery part of the positive electrode 2 by injecting an organic black color insulation material solution in a forming area of the positive electrode 2 surrounded by the outer wall layer 3, heating and drying; forming an electron injection layer 10 on the luminescent layer 8, and forming a negative electrode 11 on an upper surface of the electron injection layer 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
