<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use efficiency of a transmission band by guaranteeing the highest transmission priority to surely transmit data and efficiently transmitting even data of low transmission priority without delaying the data in particular, by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission priority determining part 11 determines transmission priorities of respective input packet strings of a plurality of types of transmission priorities, and a packet header processing part 14 determines a part between packets of input packet strings of the highest transmission priority. By processing a packet storing and outputting parts 12 and 13, a packet header preparing part 15, a packet storing and outputting part 16 and an output control part 17, there are arranged respective packets of input packet strings of transmission priorities lower than the highest transmission priority between the packets to generate a new packet string composed of the highest transmission priority and the low transmission priorities, transferring (transmitting) the new packet string to a communication line network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
