<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering lock device 1 which secures reliability of a spring, and sufficiently copes with bite of a lock pin to a steering shaft. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided with a slide part 3 engaged with a lock pin 2 and sliding in a forward and backward moving direction of the lock pin 2, a first spring 41 energizing the slide part 3 backward of the lock pin 2, and a second spring 42 energizing the slide part 3 forward of the lock pin 2. Drive of a motor 51 rotates a worm wheel 53, and an arm 54 rotated by this rotation slides the slide part 3. A plunger 61 of a solenoid 6 is engaged with a fitting part 22 of the lock pin 2, so as to hold an unlock condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
