<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ETC (Electronic Toll Collection System) onboard apparatus by which an IC card mounted on the ETC onboard apparatus can use for the other services in addition to the ETC service as multi-use. <P>SOLUTION: The ETC onboard apparatus is provided with an encryption processing part 24 which performs an encryption processing exclusively for ETC while performing reading and writing of information with an IC card 30, an IC card reading and writing part 25 which performs reading and writing of information with the IC card 30 apart from the encryption processing part, and a control part 26a which performs the control of reading and writing of information with the IC card to the IC card reading and writing part 25 and the encryption processing part 24; and the onboard apparatus controls reading and writing of information of the IC card 30. By these means, the onboard apparatus can perform reading and writing of IC card 30 transmitting and receiving both of the data for ETC and the data in addition to ETC-use, so that the uses of the ETC on-vehicle apparatus are expanded and the ETC onboard apparatus can receive various services not restricting to ETC by the IC card. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
