PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display element of which the frame can be narrowed while properly driving a liquid crystal, and semiconductor chip packaged thereon. SOLUTION: In a plurality of output side bumps 21 which are aligned and disposed on the side of a liquid crystal display panel display part on a circuit formed side of a semiconductor chip 17 packaged on a terminal of a liquid crystal display panel, an output side bump 17 on the terminal side of the aligning direction is disposed to be positioned away from a display part 6 rather than a central output side bump 17.
