SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor contriving the improvement of compactness of coating resin and the improvement of ESR as well as impedance characteristics in a high-frequency region at high temperatures and high humidities. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor is constituted of a dielectric oxide film layer, a solid electrolytic layer and a cathode layer formed on the surface of an anode body consisting of a valve action metal, and the coating resin which covers the outside of the laminate. The coating resin is constituted of the principal constituent of a polycalbodiimide resin and an epoxy resin whereby the heat resistant property and the moisture resistant property of the coating resin are improved by the reaction between carbodiimide group and epoxy group as well as the self linkage reaction of carbodiimide group thereby obtaining the solid electrolytic capacitor, excellent in the characteristics of insulating property as well as ESR and impedance in the high-frequency region.
