PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent missing or displacement of a heat sink in the fixed condition through engagement of a spacer of a partly cutout trapezoidal shape and a heat sink fixing plate by providing a convex area and a concave area between these elements in the heat sink fixing structure. SOLUTION: The heat sink fixing structure is provided with a housing case, a printed circuit board placed on the housing case, a plurality of heat radiating chip component arranged on the printed circuit board with a predetermined interval, a plurality of heat sinks arranged on a plurality of heat radiating chips with the predetermined arrangement interval, a rectangular shape spacer placed to integrally covering a plurality of heat sinks at the upper part of a plurality of heat sinks arranged with the predetermined interval, a heat sink fixing plate having a plurality of fixing portions arranged on the upper part of the spacer, and a plurality of pole members arranged between the heat sink fixing plate and the housing case. In this heat sink fixing structure, a coupling part for closely coupling the heat sink fixing plate and the spacer is provided only in a single area or in a plurality of areas at the position of a plurality of fixing portions of the heat sink fixing plate and at the position of the space corresponding to the area between the fixing portions. Consequently, heat sinks can be fixed to the housing case with the heat sink fixing plated under the condition that a plurality of heat sinks and spacer are stacked on the heat radiating chip component.
