PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a printing device printing and applying a solder resist on a film delivered from a feed reel and winding and recovering the film and being formed in a small size, in which an exclusive drying mechanism is not required. SOLUTION: The printing device has a film feed 1 delivering the film from the feed reel and supplying the film, a printing treating section 2 printing and applying the specified solder resist on the fed film, and a film recovering section 3 winding and recovering the printed film on a recovery reel.
