PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an attaching object on the arranging area on an instrument panel without performing a design change of attaching members when the instrument panel or the attaching object has been changed. SOLUTION: In this air-conditioner attaching structure 10, the rear part of an air-conditioner is arranged at the arranging area 14 on the instrument panel 12 in such a manner that the air-conditioner is attached to attaching boards 22 at the main body area 18 of a reinforcement 16 and the lower parts of respective extended areas 20. In this case, the reinforcement 16 has a plurality of the attaching boards 22 at the main body area 18 and the lower parts of respective extended areas 20. Therefore, when the instrument panel 12 or the air-conditioner has been changed, the rear part of the air-conditioner can be arranged at the arranging area 14 on the instrument panel 12 by changing the attaching boards 22 at the main body area 18 of the reinforcement and the lower parts of respective extended areas 20 for attaching the air-conditioner, without performing a design change of the reinforcement 16.
