PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet print head having an improved structure for enhancing ejection performance, straight directivity of droplets ejected through nozzles, and a driving frequency by effectively releasing the heat generated from heaters; and to provide a manufacturing method of the print head. SOLUTION: The ink-jet print head includes a substrate having ink chambers formed in the front surface side of the substrate for filling itself with an ink to be ejected, manifolds formed in the rear surface side of the substrate for feeding the ink to the ink chambers, and ink channels aligned and formed on the surface of the substrate for connecting the ink chambers and the manifolds; numerous protective layers stacked on the substrate; and made of an insulating substance a nozzle plate stacked on the protective layers and including a heat dissipation layer made of a heat conductive metal substance, wherein nozzles connected with the ink chambers are formed by penetrating the plate; heaters provided between the protective layers of the nozzle plate and positioned above the ink chambers for heating the ink within the ink chambers; and conductors for applying electricity to the heaters.
