PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomolecule analysis apparatus which performs a multi-point fluorescence correlation analysis while immobilizing an object to be observed by optical trapping. SOLUTION: The biomolecule analysis apparatus for analyzing dynamic behavior of biomolecules comprises a holding means (20) which optically holds the biomolecules in a measurable state, an image acquisition means (35) which acquires an image corresponding to at least one observation area of a biomolecular sample (S) containing the biomolecules held by the holding means, a designation means which designates an arbitrary point on the image acquired by the image acquisition means, an arrangement means (32) which arranges a measurement point on a point position on the sample corresponding to the point designated by the designation means, a measurement means (10) which measures a signal resulting from dynamic information of an object to be measured from the measurement point arranged by the arrangement means, and an analysis means (37) which analyzes measured results measured by the measurement means.
