摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrically conductive thermoplastic resin composition excellent in moldability and meeting specific requirements at least for its planar impact strength, coefficient of linear expansion and volume resistivity. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by compounding a total of 100 pts. wt. of (A) 40-90 pts. wt. of a polyester resin and (B) 60-10 pts. wt. of a polystyrene-based resin obtained by graft polymerization of a styrene-based monomer to a rubbery polymer with (C) 0.1-15 pt(s). wt. of electrically conductive carbon black and/or hollow carbon fibril and (D) 1-100 pt(s). wt. of an inorganic filler. This composition meets all of the following specifications: (1) planar impact strength is≥50J at 23°C( by MEP method ), (2) the coefficient of linear expansion is≤9×10<SP>-5</SP>K<SP>-1</SP>( by ASTM D696 ) and (3) volume resistivity is≤1×10<SP>9</SP>Ωcm.
