PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheetlike pack material which contains CoQ10 and has effect of preventing skin disorder and regulating the skin in an excellent state. SOLUTION: The sheetlike pack material has constitution that one side of the material is equipped with a substrate 12 composed of a fiber layer and a paste 14 is laminated to the other side of the substrate 12. The paste 14 is water-containing gel of a water-soluble polymer material, CMC gel, agarose gel, oil gel, acrylic gel, etc. The paste 14 contains 0.1-10% of CoQ10 in a weight ratio.
