PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded object excellent in weatherability, abrasion resistance and coating film adhesion and keeping a photocatalytic effect over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The resin molded object has a plastic base material, a first coating film, which comprises a silicon composition containing a hydrolysate of organoalkoxysilanes and a hydrolysate of phenylalkoxysilanes, formed on at least a part of the plastic base material and a second coating film, which contains photocatalytic titanium oxide, formed on at least a part of the first coating film.
