PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking device in which positioning of a chuck part and a caulking part can be executed and assembling and caulking of a component to an object to be assembled can be executed by one robot. SOLUTION: A caulking mechanism 1 having the caulking part 14 is fixed to a movable base 4 movable to a fixed base 3 mounted to the robot 100. A chucking mechanism 2 is also supported by the movable base 4. A chucking mechanism body 23 having the chucking part 24 of the chucking mechanism 2 is held by the movable base 4 via an elastic body 7 and is relatively movable to the movable base, namely, to the caulking mechanism by elastic deformation of the elastic body. The movable base is moved by a first driving part 5 provided in-between the fixed base.
