TILTING SHAFT TYPE HIGH-SPEED CRUSHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently crush an object into small pieces by forming a crushing structure having tilting shaft and crushing the object repeatedly in the shape of a vortex from above to below the gradient. SOLUTION: In a crusher, blades are fixed at intervals to a rotary shaft 4 which is tilted similarly to a tilting crusher case 1. A hammer 6 is fitted loosely to the blade to move freely by a hammer pin 7. The object to be crushed charged from an inlet 2 is crushed repeatedly in the shape of a vortex diagonally downward and discharged outside the crusher from a discharge opening 3.
