RE-TREATING TYPE OIL REMOVING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-treating type oil removing method with which thermal energy required to reheat in re-treating is minimized and leakage and scattering of dust in a transfer passage can be prevented. SOLUTION: In this oil removing method to remove oil in the soil contaminated with the oil, soil contaminated with oil is charged into a rotary drum 3 for drying to vaporize the oil in the soil by heat and separated; the soil is cooled with water by charging the soil from which oil has vaporized in the drum 3 into a rotary drum 5 for cooling; exhaust gas discharged from the drum 3 is sent to a dried gas bag filter 13; dust collected by the filter 13 is charged in the drum 3 via dust feeder 14. A conveyer 80 sealed not to leak dust outside and made selectable for discharging or re-treating is prepared at a cleaning soil silo 7 additionally provided to the rotary drum 5, a recleaning soil silo 30 is provided for storing insufficiently treated soil requiring re-treatment, and the soil is quantitatively recharged to the drum 3 by a conveyer (feeder 32) from the silo 32 for re-treatment.
