PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a change in heart rate having more adaptability with respect to a patient by determining a target heart stimulating rate corresponding to the sensor level of a body motion sensor to compare the same with an actual heart stimulating rate in order to enhance the motion durable capacity of a patient suffering from cardiac failure. SOLUTION: This cardiotherapy equipment is constituted so that the body motion sensor for detecting the body motion of a patient and the target heart stimulating rate corresponding to the output of the body motion sensor is set. In this cardiotherapy equipment, the actual heart stimulating rate corresponding to the target heart stimulating rate is determined and the magnitute relation between the target heart stimulating rate and the actual heart stimulating rate and the degree thereof are calculated to determine whether the stimulation of a vagus nerve must be performed.
