PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a rolling bearing for supporting wheels having high durability and preventing the generation of noise in an audio by achieving both of the securement of sealability and the inhibition of radio noise in a higher order. SOLUTION: Both end opening parts of a space 14 provided with rolling elements 11, 11 are sealed by seal devices 13a, 13b between an inner peripheral face of an outer ring 2a and an outer peripheral face of a hub 4a. An elastic material composing seal members 19, 28 of the seal devices 13a, 13b is a vulcanizable conductive rubber material composition prepared by blending conductive carbon black and a needle conductive filler material having a diameter of 0.2-1.0 μm into acrylonitrile butadiene rubber.
