A horizontally displaceable clamping arm (3) is engaged to each lengthwise slot formed on a baseplate (1). The arm is fastened to a hinge (4) mounted with a pressure plate (6). A lock nut (5) is screwed about a threaded tube (7) mounted on the baseplate. A seal (2) is mounted to the baseplate. In use, the lock nut is turned to adjust the distance of the clamping arm relative to a reservoir, while the seal presses against the reservoir to provide sealing action.
