The inventive device comprises a combustion chamber, a compartmentalized refrigeration area in which refrigeration of gases is performed with water, in addition to a top area in which a water tank, a chimney and an extractor are provided and in which a constant air current is generated by extractors, wherein said air is filtered and refrigerated and the refrigerating water is guided to a conventional drainage system.
