摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet transmission control method which restores packet transmission speed earlier, using a mobile node's MIPv6 bind update message at mobile node handoff in the IPv6 based wireless network, in order to restore a packet loss earlier at the mobile node hands off. <P>SOLUTION: The wired/wireless network packet transmission control system includes a mobile node 10, which saves a currently setting congestion control parameter and performs a congestion control, by searching a TCP link and modifying the congestion control parameter to a congestion control value, when a packet retransmission timeout occurs in the TCP link with a corresponding node or transmits the bind update message to the corresponding node and searches the TCP link to restore the congestion control parameter to the saved value before performing congestion control in case of hands off; and the corresponding node 50, which saves the currently setting congestion control parameter and performs the congestion control by searching the TCP link and by modifying the congestion control parameter to the congestion control value, if the packet retransmission timeout occurs in the TCP link with the mobile node or searches the TCP link with the mobile node and restores the congestion control parameter to the saved value, prior to the congestion control, if the bind update message is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
