PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in an electrical appliance controlling device that is controlled by feeding back signals based on an output voltage of one output and that has a multiple-output switching power supply that supplies DC voltages to a plurality of loads, loss is occurring by inserting dummy resistance into a non-feedback output in order to suppress an output voltage fluctuation range by cross-regulation that is caused by the combination of the loads with each other. SOLUTION: A first dummy load 13 is provided on a first DC output 9 to be controlled by feeding back signals.
