PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wallpaper image creation system capable of easily supplying an image of one scene of an animation as a wallpaper image during the acquisition of the wallpaper image. SOLUTION: A system 1 is operable to communicate with a communication terminal 2 and to transmit data on a receipt of a request from a cellular phone terminal 3 under an instruction of the communication terminal 2. The system 1 comprises a database 1b in which dynamic image data are recorded beforehand, an animation sending out means 6 for displaying the dynamic image data in the database 1b on a viewing area 22 as the animation by a request from the communication terminal 2, an image identifying means 7 by which the communication terminal 2 waits image specific information selected from a scene of the displayed animation and receives the picture specific information for identifying a frame image, and a wallpaper image creating means 13 for obtaining a frame image corresponding to the picture specific information received by the image identifying means 7 and recording a wallpaper image in a specified area known only by a user who specifies the image.
