PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the wiring leading-out structure of a waterproof box body in which a remodeling for physically conforming the position of a distribution cable in an electronic part or the like and the position of a wiring leading-out port is made unnecessary and a cost can be reduced and a development period shortened. SOLUTION: The wiring leading-out ports 3 and 4 for a box-body cover 1 and a box body 2 are formed to the joint surfaces of the ports 3 and 4, so as to be positioned at places different in the height direction of the waterproof box body 50 respectively, and the shapes of combination inclined sections 14 as the joint surfaces between the ports 3 and 4 are formed in a straight line or a curve having the inclined sections between the ports 3 and 4.
