PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, with a small-sized and lightweight flash, the light quantity is insufficient and the light scatters around and the light does not reach every part of a subject to be illuminated. SOLUTION: In a flash reflector, a plastic substrate sheet is three-dimensionally processed so as to have a recessed shape, and a hole part is formed in the center part of the recessed part, and a reflection layer is formed on the substrate sheet other than the hole part. A manufacturing method of the flash reflector is characterised in that, after three-dimensionally processing the substrate sheet, the center part of the recessed part is irradiated with laser beam, and then, the substrate sheet and the reflection layer on the center part are removed to form the hole part.
