PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lighting efficiency of a dial and a pointer in a measuring instrument for vehicles using a light guide plate. SOLUTION: First reflection sections 121a1, 121a2 for radially reflecting light from the direction of a light reception section 121a5 in the light guide plate 121 to a plane section 121q have a conical side shape reflection surface having a gentle slope closer to the plane section 121q. More light can be reflected in the direction of the plane section by the conical side shape reflection surface. Additionally, light from a light source can be guided to an indicator light reception section without greatly attenuating the light by a light guide path that is formed by punching a plurality of holes on the plane section 121q and reaches the direction of an indicator hole.
