PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical dynamic damper capable of reducing manufacturing costs by reducing the number of manufacturing works as compared to before, enhancing durability, being externally press-fitted to a rotary shaft part between both large diameter parts even when the pair of large diameter parts are arranged on a rotary shaft in the axial direction if the diameters of the large diameter parts are below a predetermined value, and suppressing vibration of the rotary shaft. SOLUTION: The cylindrical dynamic damper fitted to the rotary shaft S and suppressing the vibration of the rotary shaft S is comprised of a cylindrical rubber-like elastic body 1 externally fitted to the rotary shaft S and a cylindrical mass member 2 externally press-fitted to the rubber-like elastic body 1 externally fitted to the rotary shaft S.
